At Hey Junior Kids, we offer both digital downloads and printed books. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how and when your products will be delivered.
1. Digital Products

• Digital items (such as worksheets, activity books, and colouring pages in PDF format) are delivered instantly via email or download link after successful payment.

• No physical item will be shipped for digital products.

• Please ensure your email address is correct during checkout to avoid delays in receiving your files.

• If you do not receive your files, contact us at contact@heyjuniorkids.com.

2. Printed Books

• Printed books are shipped within 5-10 business days of receiving the order.

• Shipping is available across India. Delivery times may vary by location, typically 5–10 business days after dispatch.

• You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your order is dispatched.

• Please double-check your shipping address before placing the order. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect information.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and shown at checkout.

• Occasionally, we may offer free shipping as part of special promotions or bundles.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect printed book, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

• Email us at contact@heyjuniorkids.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

• 1. Digital Products

• All digital downloads (PDFs, activity sheets, etc.) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

• Once a file has been delivered or downloaded, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.

• If you face any issues with your file, please contact us at contact@heyjuniorkids.com, and we’ll be happy to assist.

• 2. Printed Books

• We do not accept returns for printed books unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

• In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and share photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement if applicable.
